250 Rainbow Avenue, Sunbury, OH 43074
(An outreach ministry of Sunbury Christian Church)

The school is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Our philosophy is that children learn through play, creating and doing.  Our curriculum is both developmentally and individually appropriate.  We base our programs and practices on the individual child, at the rate of growth and unique learning styles.

HOURS
The school is in session September through May in accordance with the public school year.  Hours of operation for the school are: 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M., Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

ENROLLMENT
The school accepts children from ages 3 – 6.  (Children must be fully potty trained.) Children may be enrolled at any time, as long as openings are available.

PURPOSE & GOAL
The school’s goal is to provide a warm, secure Christian environment while the child is away from his or her family. We provide an environment conducive to the development of each individual child in a setting that will nurture and guide the spiritual, physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of the child. Spiritual values are shared with the children through stories, songs, simple prayers and through experiencing Biblical principles (e.g. kindness, sharing, love, respect, and obedience).
